Question!! Watching the YouTube video now....did the same builder, build the neighbors homes?? And if so has the uncovering of so many issues in the peanut house alarmed them??

I wish I remembered more about this. But I graduated in geology 24 years ago and I remember a professor talking about asbestos and how it's not always as dangerous as you think. There are some kinds that are dangerous but most of it, like probably what was in your house, isn't dangerous. I'm assuming that's why the inspector didn't worry about touching it. But I don't remember the specifics anymore unfortunately. Really crazy huh?!
