Hit refresh a few times and all should be good.

The new reward system requires you to log in and click "Claim All"
Please wait a few minutes, refresh, relog and clear the cache.

I also have the active monthly card but the Season still locked and other rewards were not seen. I have logged out, cleared cache and logged back in without a change. When I contacted the game customer support they told me to contact thru Patreon.
