From deciding how to colour this image to applying the effects once the design was finished. Thankfully, I was able to figure everything out thanks to some online friends who pointed me in the right direction to complete this month's winner.
I might take a few days off just so I could figure out how to draw the runner-up for this month too, see you guys later!
