a "dosuar" is like one of those huge apartment complexes with many many many apartments in one building, like a concentration of rooms and community. it's really nice. I imagined one in the city of Qámrë which is the capital city of the "state/region" Mafëën in Endlhëtonëg so this song is about a certain magical beauty found in a tiny big place in the city
