Nänmëë - Kághtamu

nänmëë is a project of mine I haven't talked about. it's basically my purely ambient project. I just did a little remaster of the latest album that came out in 2018 so it's going up to spotify now.

I released this in 2018 but I made the songs a year earlier in  2017
I do not know what the titles mean. they came straight from my subconcious

I would tell you when I finished it but that information is lost since I altered the modified date in the file since I just remastered it, but it was probably that same day. some of the sounds I stole from jared dines videos (i don't watch jared dines) but I remember watching this one or two videos and he accidentally made these really cool sounds that I sampled

probably finished that same day

the instrument I'm playing (apart from the djembe) is this weird arts and crafts instrument that my brother had. it was completely impractical it was just supposed to look interesting. it was really long and had a crescent moon shape, but it also had no intonation. I still used it to make this song

I used to make languages when I was younger too! it's awesome to hear about

and a bunch of ser titles too

nänmëë used two invented languages , the one for Kághtamu, but all the previous songs are in what i now call "Luclürh", a much earlier version of the language that has words like "Trhä" and the whole album "mã Héshiva...". back then i didn't call it luclürh, but ive had that language since i was 16. that's even what "acjétêc" is in

I'm curious about the languages you name some of your songs in, are they significant?
