I have always kept in mind that Level E is a level with completely white cells. White and bright lights have always seemed to me that they create a lot of discomfort when exposed for a long time. also add a more classic uniform color version.
Separate topic, I have the rest of the publications almost ready, but I would like to publish a little later to polish some things, I don't think it will take too long but I will warn you just in case.

It depends a lot on the behavior of the inmate, if you notice the shackles of 069 are much thicker than those of 066. Although I don't have strict rules for that either, I like to make different kinds of restraints. c:
