As the first birthed, Fairmaine was chosen to inherit the throne from Rondomel, but as the twins were inseparable and like-minded in much and complimented in differences, Fairmaine wanted to share the throne with Germaine. Because the precedent had no foundations to base upon, the Olde Lords and court council advised against or rejected the idea as they believed a conflict would occur between the sons of the brothers. Understanding this, once Fairmaine was crowned, he gave his brother the title of Gran Viennri, his personal advisor and second in the Kingdom.
Viennrose Rondomel would pass on his knowledge of the artes and secrets exclusive to their line, but would withhold the truth of his fahter's attaining the power of magik, sealing away any texts eluding to this truth. Fairmaine would understand the possibility and delved into as much abyssal knowledge required of him and more. He still recalls dreams unlike dreams where he met another Penumbra nobile that impressed secrets upon him.
Fairmaine and Germaine would marry the two sisters belonging to House Derniere, Luminica and Hortense, respectively. Tragically, Fairmaine would lose his wife during her labor with Requiem. Unclear whether it was part of the curse much like his stillborn sister, Stellaraine. Unlike his father's reaction toward omens, Fairmaine would leave destiny to it's course and see where Requiem's path led. Understanding Requiem carries guilt over his mother, the Viennrose has been ever mindful to instill the virtues of the Crimson Rule, remarrying so that a nurturing had could be present in his life. In recent years the lands beyond his realm have been seeing ships and at times, visitors upon the shores.
