In a way this is one of my favourite audios that you've made. Some nights i find myself spiralling and i say to myself "okay i think i need a little bit of help" and i come here to listen to this and it helps. Thanks to you I've also started (in my day to day life) naming the colours when i start feeling that spiralling anxiety. So i just really wanted to say thank you! 💚

I absolutely love how beautiful, soft, sweet, tender, supportive, comforting, loving and caring your voice is in this! I honestly have listened to this multiple times already and it just keeps getting even better with every listen. This is definitely going to be one of my most favorites to listen to for my anxiety. Really hope you’re taking care of yourself too Sarah ❤️🫂 I’ll be perfectly honest, I actually have never been to IKEA before but I would absolutely love to see what they have since I always hear how dreamy and magical of a place it is! Plus I would absolutely love to have all of my furniture be from IKEA if I possibly could ^^❤️
