Okay, so good news is you get more preview chapters before Sunday.
Bad news is the next preview might be delayed, because I added about six or seven thousand words that need to go back through editing.

After finishing chapter 18; and so it begins :) I don't mind the tropes and cliches, they're fun and I'm having a great time reading. As long as the quality of writing doesn't drop, I'm more than happy.

2024-12-04 22:39:29 +0000 UTCI've always said never, say never, or it will happen. Well, he said never, Cassandra. I think the angry/sad tone she emits is just a way of filling her magic. It is probably the whole family dynamic, and her wanting to be a high priestess put a lot of pressure on her that being marked and having some fun would fix.

I really want more of Felicity, but I suppose that will have to wait for the breaks from school. I'd like to see her released from her shell and brought into a loving relationship. (Who doesn't want a cat girl?) That will take some work I'd bet. Keep up the great work! Big thumbs up.

Like harem authors never put a girl on a cover if they aren't gonna join in some fashion, but instead of Rachel being number 2 it's Cassandra. Now my theory is its by accident, cause so far I have like 5 girls i already know (or at least believe) will join, maybe six. Sam Rachel The Twins Morgan Felicity (?) Cassandra was that weird will they won't they, when I was reading book 1, but that cover kinda now solidifies her in my mind, and book 2 did say "internal conflict" or something. Cassandra is a witch, and most of these witches have a resonence that makes them act a certain way 9/10 sooooo Cassandra being a bitch, isn't rocket science, it's a resonance, because they did say, she wasn't like this before. h How the backfiring happens is what I wanna know, now it could be that she tries and jump him on behest of her Head and it just straight backfires resulting in her being harem member number 2 (id prefer Rachel, Morgon or even one of the Twins, but Im not all against it), now will book 2 end with her learning the error of her ways probably, will it completely change her character? Hell no. I'm all for Brat girls, if you've seen Our Own Way by Misty, they do brats really well, "it's fun to cause conflict, and be put in your place etc etc."
