I could think of no better ability fit for Sofie other than "Mind Rapist". Fits her perfectly. A weakling who demands people(or even reality) to bend to her self-righteous will. Screams at people to do her bidding, specially to Blake and Arlette, while providing absolutely no value in return. But wait! Good old mind control makes it aaaaallll work out in the end. Godamn Sofie, you have been Isekai'd for 1 year(?) an you still refuse to adapt to this world. Sofie is an Earthling through-and-through. She doesn't belong in this world. Blake, Gabby, Granny Nightmare and Time Dude have, in someway been broken (expect Granny?) by this world. Tragically, Sofie have been somehow prevented from being "broken" in that she always comes out of whatever circumstances she finds herself in her favor (with the help of subconscious Mind Control). Now that she has been made aware of her ability and imposed a restriction on herself, I can't wait to see how she'll fare against the cold hard truth of the reality. A reality that does not work in her favor. I look forward in seeing where Sofie's character will lead.

I don't think that anybody can last forever, but she put up what I feel is a very respectable fight. But eventually, when it came down to death vs. something she believes is wholeheartedly a terrible crime, she hit her limit. But even then, she was having trouble getting herself to do it. The final act where she does it is almost more an instinctual reaction than a conscious choice.

She had no suicidal thoughts at all, her survival has always seems to come first in her subconscious she knew at the start they we're nt going to kill her and she saw a Higo as a crack but as soon as death stared her way, she crumbled. She probably lasted as ling as she have because of her guilt in killing pari. I like her even more now, knowing that she would fold if her promises and beliefs are challenged and requires her to sacrifice. Arlette>Sofie>Palebane>Gabby>Time Dude> as my fav characters.
