Y'all are probably wondering what's going on with 102. Well, I finally managed to crank out the first draft last week, maybe a week behind schedule, but Demi hasn't managed to look at it yet. He's busy moving, you see. Which mean that, yes, 20 days into the month, it doesn't look like we'll get more than 1 chapter out this month... if it gets out this month at all with Thanksgiving and all the other crap coming up.

One of the problems is that I can't work on 103 until I know how 102 is going to go in the final version. So instead, I've started writing the Epilogue. No, the end of Displaced is not close. The issue is that I know where I want to go but many details on how to get there are still up in the air. So as we go chapters past 102, the possibility space opens wider and wider, meaning I can't write those chapters. However, as we close in on the end, those possibilities shrink back down until I basically know what exactly is going to happen. So basically, I've started writing from both ends. You won't see the fruits of this now, but hopefully the end chapters will be able to be released in a speedy manner. I don't want to make everybody wait 2 months to write out all the chapters that happen after the climax. I would rather they be released within a few weeks at most.

Sorry about all of this. I'm as disappointed as you are.
