This Sim wants to focus their energy into mediation and yoga to ensure their mind and body are both calm and healthy.

Reward Trait: Grounded

Sims that are grounded are in control of their mental and emotional self. When negative emotions overcome them, these Sims will be able to centre themselves and keep themselves, and other Sims calm.

Comes with 30 new buffs & 9 new social interactions. These Sims have the ability to take away other Sim's stress and anger, as well as being able to take away their own stress or anger by doing yoga or meditating. All mental and physical skills will be learnt 2x faster, social and fun needs will decay 0.5x slower, and angry, stressed and uncomfortable buffs hold 0.2x as much weight on the Sim's emotional state.

The aspiration has four levels:

1) Yoga

c) Take Yoga Class at Spa [150]

d) Practice Yoga 5 Times [200]

2) Massage

a) Read Wellness Vol 1 [250]

b) Practice Mediation 5 Times [300]

c) Reach Level 4 Wellness Skill [350]

d) Do Yoga Routines at Home 8 Times [400]

3) Meditate

a) Reach Level 7 Wellness Skill [450]

b) Practice Table Massages on 6 Different Sims [500]

c) Perform All Yoga Poses [550]

d) Levitate While Meditating 8 Times [600]

4) Wellness

a) Give All Types of Table Massages to Sims [650]

b) Teleport While Meditating 10 Times [700]

c) Reach Maximum Level Wellness Skill [750]

d) Do Yoga Routines on 8 Different Lots [800]
