In principle, I have no problem with male and female protagonists side by side. I just began supporting another game that carries this off admirably. The stories for both intertwine and there is a relationship between the two that you can choose or choose not to pursue. If Glamour can do the same, then bravo, but right now it is two separate games smashed together, Unfortunately, much of the story for Kate has been left dangling so much that I am not sure where her story is going except when it involves Max. I would urge DS to take a look at the overall plan he has and decide to either 1, make this a revamped Big Brother that is Patreon friendly. 2. make it two separate games with some intermingling (but please share your vision for this with us), or 3 maintain the current storyline(s), and ability to separate focus, but begin work on the school, student relationships, the neighbors, Julia, etc. I probably don't need to mention that making Max the sole focus will send a lot of people away. There just isn't anything special about that story, but a direction for the game needs to be clearly communicated. If DS could actually tell us what his overall plans are maybe that would ease a lot of minds and make it easier for people to stay or leave.

Got to say I love this update and the direction the game as a whole. The story can easily be expanded upon later and is more of a luxury in this type of game. Max and Kate operating side by side opens up numerous possibilities for future content. Now while the return of Max and Co was a surprise,my support running both a Male and Female main character hasn't changed. The idea was to expand the market, appealing to both Male and Female supporters. Now i don't care whom is lead I get t enjoy both sets of content which keeps the game fresh. Only thing that i would like is additional content on the weekends. I was unsure at the start of my Support of glamour but now im certain and will continue support. Especially since ive burned through numerous other games which have done the opposite. Nice long story, limited content a lot of of space bar spamming. In this Glamour excels, thus i stand by every vote ive made and look forward to future content.

Donating that much money was your choice. There is no guarantee things will go how you want them to if you donate a lot of money. You get votes, but you're not the only one voting. Just because you spent a lot of money doesn't mean you get all your wishes. The money you lost is on you quit blaming the team. Everyone wants something different and the team somehow has to satisfy thousandths of their patrons. They simply can't but are doing their best. Go take a hike with your whining.

I could be wrong but I think Julia breaking up with Nick was only going to be in the Max game. It was to get him out of the way so Max could bang both of them. If it does affect the Kate storyline as well that's going to be a deal breaker for me.

I just wamt to share an opinion. In last Max update, it was clear that Nick is going to leave the game. And instead of finishing off many small parts, the game just gets dragged out longer, and no wide exploring of each "step". Its like a long skinny bitch, with no ass or hips. - All the possible things in house, including nick, need to be done, and done quickly. Make sure he actually leaves the game, since you killed him in last Max update. - The school nurse, and the steps there in the Chemistry path, was highly spoken about in the beginning, - Veronica and the other teachers, etc school. - Now that Kate is a slut, let her do shit with some of the other dudes in school aswell. The story needs to get wider, and with more quicker updates, it should be possible to expand the diferent patchs more, and atleast finish some of the for good, get some ass and hips on this bitch, before she gets taller. Becouse now Kate is shy when spying on nick in the morning, banging max in the afternoon, and eating Alice out in the middle of the night. admit, the story is not correck, inside 24h of the same day.

I am not sure how you can feel my decision is based on a “whim.” I have been a long time supporter. While I can understand the frustrations of Max players who were upset that his game, BB, was discontinued, the fact remains that Glamour was a story based on Kate. Max was only a peripheral character. I was OK with that as long as, like most peripheral characters, he could be ignored or pursued as the MC decided. Unfortunately, that is not how it turned out. Instead, Max has become a co-MC, some may even claim “the” MC, since Kate has become subservient to him and the emphasis on story development has centered on him. No, there is nothing whimsical with my dissatisfaction with the current direction the game is heading. There is nothing whimsical about my frustrations with a vocal minority of Max lovers who are demanding that their desires be met then claim outrage and hurt that those who joined Glamour for Kate are upset that the focus is on Max. Nor is there anything whimsical about my feeling that the over $300 I have invested since I first discovered this game may have been an expensive exercise in frustration and futility. I remain optimistic that things may change despite my doubts. The same doubts that anything I say here will actually affect Dark Silver’s future decisions, but hope springs eternal. At least for another couple of months.

Frankly, I am so dismayed at the way this game is progressing. I am about ready to give up on it. We had a previous vote on who to focus on: Kate or Max, and Kate won. When the vote was whether to have 2 chapters Kate and 1 chapter Max, again it was overwhelmingly in favor of Kate., but DS and some very vocal Max/BB lovers got a new vote for a 1 to 1 story progression. This vote was way too close, but the design was to go with a 1:1 ratio. Sadly, we still see more emphasis on Max. I wish more time was spent in speeding up the play of the game. It is taking longer and longer to wait for images to load and with so little animation included, this is unacceptable. So many Kate stories are left hanging, but we are getting Max stories even with a Kate update. Kate updates that primarily take place at the mansion are just Max updates in disguise. I have been a $20 donor for over a year. This month I reduced it to $5. If things don’t start improving with a little less of the force feeding of Max’s BS, I may have to say good-bye to what was once one of my favorite games.

Good point, 90% of adult games are male protagonist, so it was a brilliant move to add a awesome female protaganist that everyone likes, the great thing about Glamour it gets updated monthly, most adult games on patreon getting updates is like waiting for haleys comet to come along.

Also why are we being shoved M/F content on the Kate side? No matter what we do, Kate's interest in females remains almost zero (18-37 or so) vs almost 800 interest in males. I know at this point the game numbers mean almost zero since no game functions are even programmed. But is this really all just some huge setup so we are forced into Max/Kate content no matter what we choose? The game premise was different paths with the characters that we can choose and develop over time. Right now though, there are none other than submissive Kate forced into M/F.

Be honest - Glamour exists because of Patreon incest rules and DS was about to get kicked because of Big Brother. Max story line was all but complete in BB. So I can see why he would naturally want to turn there. If he wanted to, DS probably has about a year or more of content he could release on the Max side and do almost nothing. But I am a paying Patron because of the Kate story line in Glamour. There are just so many dead ends right now on the Kate side that are not being developed at all. Glamour needs to be more about Kate (and not her just becoming Max's new toy) and how her life progresses. It is the new story in Glamour that made me become a Patron.
