I think it's a good idea with Walkthrough because a lot of players have problems. You do not have to use it (I prefer to see everything alone) but for many people it is a help. Personally, I had no problems with BB and tried to help people with comentars and screenshots.

To be honest, DS. It sounds complicated. I have to watch each step, at each daytime maybe at each hour to do all correct in order to achieve a goal. Maybe you overdo things. Think at your player. They wanna have fun with your game and no frustration. Keep it short and simple
