Steve notes are back!

Randy Orton sitting around in a lounge of some sort- 

He left CoC in an ambulance, doesn’t remember a lot- but does remember the special guest legends. The site of Drew standing with that title and them all makes me sick. They played poker, laughed, toasted the Street Profits- but with every action, there’s an equal opposite reaction- that’s what I gave them at the end of Raw- a reintro to legend killer.

He goes into excruciating detail about hitting everyone. He wishes Drew saw what he did, but that bill will be paid in full once he’s champion. Drew, you wanna solidify your legacy? It’ll be there if you survive HIAC. DREW WALKS IN, beats the crap out of Randy. He yells what do you know about Hell?? SCRAP IRON and Smooth Pat Buck and others pull him off as Randy runs away. 

Lana & Nattie & Zelina Vega vs. Dana Brooke & Mandy Rose

First Dana, then Mandy, then Asuka gets the tag in as they basically pick apart the heel team. Lana eats a NASTY kick from Asuka then a knee from Mandy, who gets the pin. Might help if the bad guys come off as the least amount of a threat. Lana sold well, though.

Uh OH Shayna and Nia Jax are back, they look tough as fucks LANA IS ABOUT TO BE FUCKED UP AGAIN. Lana saves Nattie but then gets put through ANOTHER TABLE HAHAHA seriously that’s fucked up.

Truth is showing Little Jimmy his draft board,it’s ridiculous, two ninjas go number one and two- a janitor attacks him, he calls him Randy Orton, but it’s Drew Gulak, he pins Truth, new 24/7 champ

Ali Apollo and Ricochet- Rico says hey you’re here to give me some sort of excuse, right?

MVP says I heard you talking about the draft- i’ve been through a number of them- Apollo you should be on smackdown and you were doing nothing- you go to Raw, you’re a champ. MVP says we have an opening in the Hurt Business- doesn’t matter if you go red or blue, if you go black and gold, business is booming.

Seth wants the mic, but Buddy has something to say- he’s been his disciple, but the last few weeks- if you want me to be your disciple, I need you to apologize. Buddy blind tags in, Seth yells at him for it, twice Seth yells at Buddy saying I don’t need you

BUDDY KILLS HUMBERTO WITH A KNEE AS HE CAME OFF TOP, gets 3, kinda disproving Seth’s point

Braun is at Raw and demands a match from Scrap Iron, who tells Braun he’s not a Raw guy- but he can give him a non-sanctioned exhibition, Keith Lee rolls up says SIGN ME UP. 

Seth yells at Buddy, says he has til 10 to apologize or there’ll be hell to pay

KO SHOW

Usually he likes doing the show- but he’s felt off the past few days- people are right when the fiend touches you, they change- Friday was the first time experiencing it- the anger the agony, the dread- I guess thats why tonight is different its not about having a nice chat, so we won’t need these- he throws out the office chairs. He throws to video of him being attacked. 

He says I don’t know whats going on with these messed up people messing with him. Whats next, the brood? Ministry? So come on, let’s do this!

Firefly Funhouse: Bray: Hi Monday Night Raw! You’re my new friend, right kevin? Friends do a lot of things- finger painting, burying dead bodies- the puppets worry about being drafted away from each other- he says don’t worry, friends stick together- then he sings a song about friends. He says sing a long! Owens says no I’m not gonna sing, that would be the only thing worse than people having to watch this- we could have been friends, but you attacked me, come down here, get in this ring with me so I don’t have to wait til friday. 

Bray: I don’t like bullies Kevin- Alexa is none of your business, that’s between her and him- (serious tone) you have no idea what you’ve gotten yourself into Kevin, but this friday you’ll know. (back to light hearted) So consider this a warning, that’s what friends are for!

Kevin says I’m not waiting til Friday night, if you don’t come to me, I’m coming to you- he starts to go, Aleister attacks, hits black mass. 

Drew McInterview

He accepts HIAC. 

Keith Lee vs. Braun Strowman

Countout, but then they go through barricade, then Lee puts Braun through an LED board, then they go off the stage. Great monster stuff. Braun is clearly coming to Raw, is Lee staying or moving to Smackdown?

Bianca Belair playing maybe the most difficult version of trivia I’ve heard of. 

Truth finds Gulak, Tozawa shows up, they all go into a dumpster and fight it out, I stopped watching for a second so I don’t know who got out of this.

MVP promo- they might win a match, but they never win the fight. They’re so talented, that I offered them a position and last week wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for retribution. T-Bag you and your squad wanna play tough- when you see the black and gold, prepare to fold. WE are what nightmares are made of.

Ali comes out- he has an Apollo shirt on, he’s totally turning. Maybe Rico. 

Rico says I know you gave us til the end of the night- but I didn’t wanna keep you waiting- IT’S A PASS BRO. Rico is funny here. MVP talks shit, Rico talks back. MVP says Rico is targeted, he wants special emphasis. 

Apollo/Rico vs. Shelton/Lashley

Rico gets isolated the entire match, gets murdered, finally gets the tag to Crews, goes on a tear

Rico helps, gets Dominated. Crews tried to press Shelton, eats a German

Lashley comes in, Crews evades spear, eats a huge urunagi- Lashley makes Apollo tap out to the Hurt Lock

Can we PLEASE be done with this feud?

Murphy HAHA deadline to apologize has 12 minutes

Alayah sees Buddy, he says I apologize. It’s gotten way out of hand. She blames Seth. 

HB backstage, Ali comes up to them- he says bring everyone out tonight to MVP, he wants to take them all.

Seth comes out, he’s awaiting Murhy’s apology. 

Murphy comes out. I miss his dubstep. 

He stands there for a second, Seth pressures him- you don’t wanna go down this road, etc

This needs to be in front of real fans, it’s a pretty good moment

MURPHY ATTACKS

They land on the table

GO around the ring, Seth grabs a kendo stick, murphy gets it from him, Murphy chases him, attacks with kendo stick, in the ring, he continues, Murphy yells at Seth to apologize, Seth does, he says not to him, eventually, Seth apologizes to Alayah. Murphy drops the kendo stick out of mercy, Seth attacks Murphy’s eyes, gets the stick, wails away on Murphy, breaks the kendo stick over murphy, grabs a chair, but when he gets back in, Alayah is covering him. Mysterio family comes out, bring her back, she keeps looking back at Studdy Murphy

Nia and Shayna are backstage, I feel like Nia tries to make Shayna laugh

Riott Squad vs. Nia/Shayna

I get the feeling Riott Squads are gonna win here and Nia/Shayna are gonna be drafted away from each other. We’ll see how wrong I am. 

Nia starts out killing Ruby

Nia lets Shayna tag in

Shayna destroys Ruby’s elbow with a stomp I’m very wrong about my prediction here. 

Shayna picks apart Ruby’s arm calmly, tosses her out of the ring, tags in Nia, who throws her violently into the apron

Liv gets a hot tag, goes off, til Nia takes her out, Shayna tags in, she hits her knee on a post, Liv gets the tag on Ruby, she comes in, they get some good teamwork going- but Shayna ends up tapping Ruby out after a VICIOUS KNEE, Liv has to pry Shayna off Ruby after the bell. Helluva match.

Ali vs. MVP

Ali is JACK-DADDY these days. Kid should be at the top of the card, it’s great to see him in this spot. And by that I mean on Raw. 

Ali handles MVP, the others come in- the lights go down, RETRIBUTION IS HERE, ALI STANDS WITH HURT BUSINESS. He leaves, STEPS TO T-BAR and MACE HE’S WITH RETRIBUTION!!!!! HE’S THE FUCKING LEADER OF RETRIBUTION!!!!
