Yea I really like how BC does filler, cause it doesn't really feel like filler. Like yea it wasn't in the manga, but it's so good and it sucks because of how previous offenders like Naruto and One Piece handles filler, people just skipped it

Now theres about 18 episodes of "Anime Canon" episodes that aren't in the manga but they expand on things that were in the anime and don't contradict anything that is in the manga. So I don't consider those straight up filler. For example in the manga a training happens but they never show it they just tell you like "im going to train these people" then the next chapter comes and its a timeskip and theyve already been trained. The anime actually lets us SEE that training instead of just skipping it and the author stated that if he actually did include the training in the manga the way the anime did it was accurate to how he would've done it, so its not really considered filler.

It just gives you something to get hyped for finding out. Also this isnt your first taste of filler, episode 68 was filler too. Not counting the recap episodes this whole show has 6 one shot filler episodes and one 7 episode filler arc. So a total of 13 fillers out of a 170 episode show.... not bad at all, Naruto and Bleach should take notes lol

Notice certain pattern: The first version was nearly pure black-white-red, as to signify how dire the situation was with Word Devil released, but when defeated and leaving Shadow Palace, colours returned. In this version, colours return immediately, signifying their victory over devil and end of despair... only to revert back to black-white-red when trio atthe end shows up.
