What is Silver Trading?

Silver Trading is a trading technique around expensive Silver Player Cards. Throughout the year different SBCs get released such as League SBCs which increase the prices of certain Silver Cards, but even at the start of FIFA, we have some expensive Silver Cards due to the Advanced SBCs and Silver League. 

These Silver Cards also have fluctuations and that allows us to make a profit with them. 

Bids

The best possible way to use this technique is to bid. You can win cards for half the price they are selling at and double your coins on each sale. 

Ideally, there are some filters to use like Bundesliga – CB – Silver and you can just spam it throughout the day. 

This method also allows you to trade during your breaks or whenever you have a free minute. As an example, I used to bid on 50 Silver cards while waiting for my train and then sell these later at home for a quick coin double. 

Silver League

This is a new game mode released in FIFA 21 and we hope it's back for FIFA 22. The Silver League requires a full Silver Squad to unlock boosted cards every Wednesday. We saw multiple Silver spikes due to these releases. 

The basic idea is to look for useful Silver Cards, most commonly from the Premier League but also other Top 5 Leagues. Fast CBs, fast STs, and good CMs are usually very expensive. 

It was very common to buy these Silver cards on Monday and sell them on Wednesday with the release. The Squad Battle Rewards supply the market with more Silver Cards as the packs are usually a bit worse than other Rewards. That allows a nice buy window to sell relatively quickly on Wednesday again. 

New Releases

This method has very limited options during the early stages of the game but it peaks throughout the year with the release of League SBCs and other SBCs and even other Silver Star Players. 

It's important to keep an eye on the new releases to know the current use of Silver Cards. If we get a strong Silver Star ST from the Premier League then it's very common to see a downtrend on other STs especially from the Premier League and most notable a rise on RWs and LWs from the Premier League.
