With the recent route Dabi dropping his own rule of minding each others business to being open to think it's harmless [or it pretty much is very dangerous by now] to know a lil bit about his roommate in more ways than one
Also Shigaraki in this AU is actually trying to cure his eczema but we all know [atleast people like me that has eczema too] it gets too persistent sometimes even with all the expensive ointments
