There are SPOILERS for what happens in HOTD and one really big one that is obvious when said but subtle in its treatment. It basically confirms winners in this war. I already know since I read also, but a show viewer will get spoiled if they watch a certain couple scenes in GOT. The biggest spoiler is season 3 episode 4. It confirms winners

I haven’t seen anyone labeling you guys as sociopathic, I think that’s a bit overboard. You guys were talking through those scenes, if you caught something or not, it doesn’t mean the audience thinks you’re stupid. In shows like this, where dialogue is essential, it happens. Just my thoughts. (Haven’t read the books either.)

So yes you can think Daemon is trash but saying he has no war experience is not true. And the statements made by King viserys and Rhaenyra about having lived in a time of peace is on a broader perspective instead of localized conflicts.

I feel like we didnt get proper real reactions & discussion as we usually do but more so have to listen to kion argue, and yell and make imature jokes. Now it’s time to strike and go for Aemond and his army. Daemon didn’t hallucinate as much and needs to leave Harrenhal. Season finale and then I think we’ll only get 1 more season to finish off the story. But they might possibly drag it to 2 more but people need to die in the next episode. Also that end scene I think Ulf let the dragon take him there while trying to learn how to ride it then Aemond got to his dragon while he was still there and once he saw Aemond coming on Vhagar he fled back to Dragonstone then Aemond kept chasing until he saw them other mfs. Rhaenyra got 6 dragons or 7 if you include Daemons and maybe 8 depending if Rhaena gets that other one. Team Green got Aemonds dragon, Haelenas dragon, Daeron dragon, and maybe Aegons dragon still

If next episode they try to say it was a plan thats trash. He literally just got the dragon how will he know how to control it or even fly back to kingslanding on the same day he got the dragon. The writers better not say that dumb shit. ( i agree with you jody the directing of that scene could be better)

He and corlys in season 1 were fighting the stepstones for years( crab people for years) and when they won he handed the crown the gave him to his brother in king's landing. Just because we didnt see it doesnt mean its not part of the character's history. We never saw robert barathereon or ned stark in battle either but we know they have the experience. I say all this to say daemon is definitely the most experienced dragon rider.

So they’re as Targaryen as each other. Jon snow also had black hair like Jace too but he’s still targ. It can throw folks off when they say white hair = Targaryen.

If all dragons can be claimed by anybody than the illusion of the Targaryen power and dynasty goes away n that itself destroys the monarchy to which rhaenyra and jace have their only power from. The class system of the entire society of westeros will be gone thanks to rt actions that could future destroy the realm more than the civil war that is happening now. I get why Rhaenyra is doing what she is doing but the long game is in play n like usual Rt is not thinking about how this shakes the entirety of house targaryen.
