But a small suggestion for the real situation: the prosthetic arms made for this bilateral shoulder disarticulation are usually connected between the two arms by several nylon straps in the back for ease of donning and doffing, and a strap in the chest connected by Velcro or buckles. But this is not bound by the real world!
