Cel commission slot
Added 2020-04-12 20:30:50 +0000 UTCLong time didn't open commissions, so want to open at least one slot
But I’ll try to open it more in a week or two, when I deal with current debts, there's a little left~
At the moment available cel shaded slot, base price for one character 85 USD, can be extras for complexity, NSFW, background and such, as usual~
It's can be without background or with simple\medium complexity
