Potential Future Ideas

Sorry it's been a slow... While. there was some sort of error and I lost a bunch of work on the current commission. The next preview was supposed to be a while back, but I've had to try and rewrite, and recapture what I had.

That aside though, I've been thinking about a potential concept. Kind of a "What If?" scenario. In particular, it came from facts revealed in "Stop, Rewind, Regrow", the fact that Matty uses the Menagerie for her trickery with the ability to redo things. I got to thinking about some of the Menagerie items as well. Many people have asked for sequels to pieces which, I'm kind of against. It takes time to write stuff, and I wanna keep working on new ideas, rather than just re-hashing old ones.

One item in particular though was Desire, from "Always Watching". Desire was a living being of sorts, I'd like to imagine a type of succubus. this kind of conflicts with information put forward in the ongoing Menagerie Anthologies (Sins of the Past: Zyanya being the first part of that series)... None of that matters for what I'm presenting, it's just my own plot holes coming to the surface. XD

Anyway though, a potential idea would be doing a series of shorts that focused on the Menagerie specifically, rather than just customers. Whether it's Matty discovering items, like Desire in particular, through first hand experience, how Kasumi came to be working there (though that might be covered in Way of the Hero: Kasumi), just little tales. Less story, more shenanigans. This might be something better saved for later though, when the Menagerie is more solidly established by external pieces.

I dunno, so poll, to replace the best girl one from the beginning of the year. Just kind of to get a feel what people would think of a bit more of a comedy-series I guess? And where people sit on the outstanding projects.
