Mech thumbnail designs
Added 2019-04-26 22:57:37 +0000 UTCHere are some Mecha robot designs from a class I took last semester at Concept Design Academy. Kind of clunky and some are pretty bad, but it's fun to just try to iterate a bunch of weird shapes and different designs for robots and vehicles.
I was taking the Mech and Vehicle Design class taught by John Frye and Darren Quach. It was a lot of fun and while pretty intense, I feel like it was a great experience. They kinda did a tag-team where the first half was John's vehicle design / history class, and the second half was Darren's approach to mech design.

This one was a Staedler pen directly, and then sharpie to fill in the black, and a neutral grey copic marker for the grey parts.
