Boys, I'm a cybersecurity professional and I'm looking to change my job. I have two offers on the table: 1) 160k from an exciting/impactful role at a very promising startup. 2) 130k from an industry-veteran doing a kinda boring role. I’m 38 years old. 17 years in to my professional career. I’m an award winning fabricator. I’ve been self employed for 10 years and managed to have a half stocked retail store environment, which I never really dreamed of doing or having. I work solo. I have hit a plateau financially. I need passive income. I thought content creating could be a good source for that. What would be my best route for success? I would be interested in making how-to/ daily shop life videos of myself doing projects. I feel like I have a lot to offer as a teacher so to speak. I’m not super interested in hiring employees at the moment, even though I know financially that could be beneficial. Do I have a better chance at success hiring employees, or chasing another dream doing YouTube, etc? Thus far, I’ve achieved what I’ve gone after. Now I need to focus on money to support my family. I would appreciate the opinions of all the guys, as you all are very influential and successful in your own rights. Thank you

I have to choose between two jobs. One I am able to be home every night and be with my wife and two children both under 2 but stress about money being tight each month. Or The other job is a lineman which travels a lot which means less time with family and sometimes not home during the week but be set on good money. Which should I choose and why?

Woody, should I go back to school to do what I really want to do (aerospace engineering) or continue in my SaaS software career and try to retire early.
