I think the parallel worlds are real. In the, maybe, second episode when Cir first went to the white room, the Cir in black told him that the dreams he was having about his relationship with Phu were actual moments from Cir in Black's timeline. So the second time he was hit by the car he was actually replaced by Payu Cir. That's why his scar disappeared. And why they showed it reappear in this episode when he was sent back by Cir in black. I'm intrigued to see how they wrap everything up. There's SO many questions to be answered.

2025-03-03 21:16:45 +0000 UTCSo if the parallel world doesn't actually exist and it's all just in Cir's head, then does the next episode, which is the final episode, deal with Phu coming to terms with the fact that the man he's in love with is not just a stalker, but one with undiagnosed (?) dissociative identity disorder? Phu's obviously going to end up forgiving the lie, but how will the show deal with that extremely serious mental disorder, while also wrapping up the whole evil mother storyline in that same episode? Would they introduce Cir's DID as a thing his hag mother uses to trap him? That's is, if it was previously diagnosed. If it wasn't, how and when would the show establish that he's got a mental disorder to explain away the parallel world he sees? There are also some things the show made a point to highlight that don't flow with this all just being Cir with a mental issue. Knowing Phu's door code, the disappearing and reappearing scar and the biggest to me... showing the audience Payu Cir meeting up with his own glasses wearing Phu, which based on the show's timeline would have occurred at the same moments when Cir and Phu were hugging in the street. This show is such fun confusion. ETA: Achi is a shitty friend and person. He didn't even step in when that bitch slapped Phu. Just useless. HE needs to be slapped by someone before the show ends.
