My plans for the future...

The last couple of month has been quite busy for me because of a sudden rise in projects for my main work, so I haven't been able to create as many videos as I would've liked. That doesn't mean that I don't have a lot of things I want to do, so to give you a better view on what to expect, here're some of the plans I have for the channel in general. They're subject to change of course and the order is also not set in stone.

Current Project:
The Monastery - Tutorial Series is what I'm working on at the moment. I've just started on part 1 and I hope I can release it late this week or next week.

Build Size Comparison:
Back in 2023 I made a video comparing all my builds and it's high time to make an updated version. This is a fairly straight forward video to make so it might be released during the ongoing tutorial or after it's done.

Remake of my first Minecraft build:
Back in 2011 I made a sand stone cathedral on an SMP that unfortunately is lost in time. This was before sand stone stairs were even added to the game. I have some screenshots though and a 3D model I made back then, so I really want to rebuild it and talk a bit about my Minecraft journey during that video. I also want to redesign the build for comparison and to illustrate my evolution. So it will intruduce the old build and a new one.

Finishing my survival series:
2½ years ago I released the 3rd episode of my survival series. I really loved making it but somehow other projects took over the channel. I want to finish the build I started and close off that series in a satisfying way.

Halloween Special:
This will be a continuation of the Tales Series and will introduce a large new build and story. Think of a mix between The Witch's Lair and Emberheart Castle. I haven't designed it yet so this might change.

Norse Mythology:
Two more builds/videos in the series. Probably timelapse videos but the next one might be a combination of a story and a timelapse. The builds are probably the two most prominent buildings/places in the mythology so maybe you can guess which ones. I might continue and add more in the future but I'm not sure yet.

Streaming - Let's plays etc.:
I've been looking into streaming. This could be general streams for when I'm working on timelapse videos and the like and it could be for let's plays or other series in that vein. I'm not sure yet.

Other than these videos I have a long list of builds I want to make. Steampunk and Sci-Fi builds are also on the list and of course a lot if tutorials in between all these videos.

Other projects for the channel

Patreon:
I want to add more perks for the highest patreon tier like edited high-res wallpapers. When all the schematics are uploaded I will probably add a tier between 1 and 2 to access them. I want to keep the first tier as a tier for those that want to help without necessarily get much out of it. It seems to be too cheap to get access to what is basically all builds.

SixBricks SMP server:
I've done some testing for a combined Java and Bedrock server and would like to open it up for Patreon members at some point. I'm thinking a building focused world with perhaps some overarching guidelines for different areas, to maintain some kind of plan for the world and it's areas.

Homepage/Shop:
An official homepage for merchandise and download shop for people that want to buy single world downloads. I have some cool ideas for T-shirt designs and large prints would also be a great addition at some point. I will start with digital purchases and branch out later. The in-built Patreon shop will probably also have the same stuff but I'm not sure yet.

Long term I would love to create some sort of artbook with my work but this is way into the future. I also want to 3D print some of my builds and maybe have them painted. They could be included in some sort of raffle for Patreon members but I'm not sure how it would work exactly.

These are some of my plans for the future. Because of how much work I put into each video it will definitely take a long time, but that also means that I'll be around for a long time. I literally have content to keep me occupied for years to come.
