And I don’t see it as Ray encouraging Mew w/ destructive behaviors. I see it as he’s indulging Mew. Ray is seeing it as Mew wants to do things he’s into so he’ll show him everything to get closer to him. But this doesn’t make him the Mew he fell for. We already know Ray lacks some self awareness as he doesn’t see what’s wrong with him drinking and doing drugs. So he isn’t intentionally dragging Mew down. Another thing I totally agree that Ray kissing Sand was a terrible thing to do. In that scene with the two Freddie Mercurys, I found it so fucking hilarious that this is the second time Ray is willing to sleep with a rando in a threesome to be with Sand. Poor Ray is so fucking confused and his ‘friends’ fucking condemn him every chance they get. He drinks to excess but they want to gather at the local bar each time they hang out? Hmm ok. Mew-While the Ray Mew kiss was hot the circumstances weren’t. If Ray was in the know beforehand I’d be fine but now Mew’s just straight up using him to spite Top. We saw how he turned away from Ray while they were in private. But kissed him in front of Top to make as an FU to Top. Mew’s so fucking selfish. Ugh. Mew is making all these choices as a way to ‘forget’ Top. Mew awhile ago told Ray that he drank too much… But here he is now suggesting they should host a party and drink all night. Make it make sense why Ray is taking all the blame. Top- I wouldn’t put it past him to having called the cops. Who Carries wads of cash in a white envelope. By this time he already knew Mew was passed out so he wouldn’t get in trouble. He’ll look like the hero to others, and they can talk good things or him to Mew. And why didn’t the cop search Sand or Cheum or anyone else but came upstairs and checked Ray. At this point Mew and Top deserve each other. Nick/Boston- I def think that Nick is a good person at heart that fell for the wrong person and did something really wrong in an attempt to keep the wrong person. I was hoping Ton didn’t take Atom home but then again he’s also Captain IDGAF. But I’ll leave my clown costume out for next wk. I’m hoping Boston’ll have performance anxiety, everything he’ll do will remind him of Nick, can’t hookup w/ Atom. Then Later on we’ll see Daddy Dan & Nick kiss right in front of Boston’s salad. Why else would he be looking at that pic. Oh and lastly one thing for sure from the get, Boston knows how to read a person so well. The friendship- we saw from the beginning everyone was all about Mew. Mew to lose his virginity, Mew getting Top, Mew is the good boy. Like it’s fucking crazy that Cheum & Ton in ep 1 were making fun of Ray saying every time you drunk you say you love us. But now all of a sudden he doesn’t care about them. Mew was the one that suggested the hostel to begin with. Like shut up. Did you tell Boston that he didn’t care about the friend group when he decided to sleep with his friend’s boyfriend? At the end of the day they are all selfish. Cheum has this idea of a perfect friend group and is def not seeing what the group actually is.

2023-10-01 18:24:58 +0000 UTCI feel like a lot of peole are really getting too far into the "Ray protection squad" AND the "Ray defamation squad". The whole series is about nobody being 100% right or wrong. Obviously Mew can make his own decisions, but he's both taking advantage of Ray and being taken advantage of BY Ray. They're obviously not good for each other romantically and it really feels like neither are 100% into it. Ray not telling Mew no to anything he wants to try is a huge issue, just as much as Mew wanting to self-destruct is. Top did something terrible, but he's obviously torn up over it and is trying to make up for it. Cheum has good intentions but isn't looking at it from an objective point of view. Idk, I don't really get the serious discourse about these kinds of things, like everyone is obviously going to be messy.

I personally see Cheum as the voice of the "audience/peanut gallery" she says a lot of what some viewers are asking, therefore I'm not too upset by her assertions. I personally think Ray doesn't deserve a pass any more than anyone else in this glorious mess. He needs to get SOBER and deal. Until then, his life will be shit. I think he's beautifully flawed and is deserving of Sand's love. He just needs to understand his issues and he won't unless he gets help. First/Kaotung's chemistry is magic. Top is my weakness. I'll admit, I've fallen for a Top and he did fall for me in the end but the PAIN...UGGHHH! So I'm rooting for them too. Poor Baby Nick, I've been him too, loving the wrong man and indulging in magical thinking. This is so messy! Lastly, I need more on Boston to even give him a chance. Right now he is the only one they haven't explored and very one dimensional....the resident F-Boy with no redeeming qualities....Can't wait till next week. Maybe at the end of the show you guys can go live and discuss all of this. I'd really enjoy that.

And Mew really was doing the most, and it's not like Ray is entirely influencing him bc Mew decided this. Ray is just following him and letting Mew use him, which is sad to see. While I wish Ray wasn't doing what he's doing to Sand, it's like people are completely blind to Ray's actual issues (well except Sand ofc). Everyone calls him a burden every chance they get, even when he's not doing anything wrong, and when he makes mistakes, instead of trying to help him, they shift the blame and ignore him. And Cheum... idk how I feel about her anymore. She's so oblivious sometimes and only gets in the way in every situation. And so damn happy my SandRay is coming back, I felt so bad for Sand this episode and a little bad for Top... for once lol

2023-10-01 03:50:01 +0000 UTCthat ending discussion y’all were spitting! amazing how people in this fandom and in the show like cheum can go on and on about ray being a bad influence and ruining mew’s life like???? like you said it was mew’s choice! is he enabling it? sure but mew is ALSO enabling ray who has genuine problems with drinking and drugs and he KNOWS that considering he was always telling ray off about it so where is mew’s criticism from cheum and the fandom? they’re also saying nothing about the fact mew is clearly using ray. this friend group does NOT care about ray and they show it time and time again. like cheum is a better friend to TOP than she is to ray 😭😭 but you know who are the only real genuine friends on this show? sand and nick we love you sandnick 🫶🏻🫶🏻 i honestly thought i was going to leave this episode mad at ray because of the preview for ep 8 but if anything it’s made me feel even worse for him. like treatment of sand aside (which i won’t ever stand for of course and i’m glad sand stuck to his boundaries and didn’t give in) ray needs so much help and seeing him do this to himself is so sad. he needs a support system and he’s NOT getting it from the people he surrounds himself with besides sand who he constantly pushes away because he can’t understand his own feelings.

And to talk to him the way she did while that police man had his knee on his neck. Nah I am so sick and tired of people shifting blame instead of seeing things for what they are. Talking about Ray being a bad influence on Mew as if Mew isn’t a grown ass man that obviously made these decisions his damn self and Ray has been jumping trough hoops since forever just to get Mew to like him back and people are expecting him to say no to any request this man has of him? They have been friends for a while and if it was Rays influence then Mew would’ve already been taking drugs. It all started after everything went down with Top and this is not me defending every of Rays actions this episode bc he has been a dick when it comes to Sand but he has no power over Mew. It’s the other way around. They should’ve changed costumes 💀 and big on the mew is using Ray I don’t necessarily think that he realises it but it’s happening.

They are all contributing to this entire thing being fucked up..they all need to go their separate ways. The way she just automatically assumes its Ray making Mew do all of these things when it isnt, I personally don't even hate Mew tbh. Mew is clearly fucked up hitting rock bottom right now, and again he is self-destructing on his own. All of this is because Mew has lost his identity and everything he thought about himself because of Top cheating by the way, the guy you pushed onto Mew in the first place. Ray is a person who is clearly in severe addiction, lost, and needs help. However, I'm not defending everything Ray has done because there was a lot of shit he did at the party that was selfish and garbage but the way she blamed him for everything wrong with the group was uncalled for when she and Ton have been absolutely shit friends to Ray at times. Thank goodness Top was there to bail out Ray and Sand was there for him because no one else was gonna do shit for him.

Didn’t his sister Cheum tell him what an asshole that Boston is!! What is this!! Make it make sense please!! Why would he want to have a drink and talk to Boston!!! What!!!😳😓and that end…….😵💫🤐😷😲😬😶Cheum! Why didn’t you tell your brother the true nature of Boston!! Why Atom just came out of nowhere in this ep and paired with Boston all of a sudden!! Make it make sense please!! So what? Just so that Boston can have a pair while Nick moves on??? Is that it? What!! Come on! Cheum! Save your brother from danger and hell, ok!! God! I still find it unrealistic that Cheum didn’t tell her own brother Atom anything about what Boston did to his friends….. and suddenly Atom broke up with his “girlfriend” who barely even existed and now he hooks up with Boston!! What is this!!!😮💨😵🙄🙄and btw, Boston is still the same old same old Boston!! He’s just this kind of person, he won’t change for anyone!! Well, at least he’s true to himself! Cheum, your brother is on the edge to fall into hell!! Grab him while you still can ok! I really don’t get this part of the plot, seems so random!! Out of nowhere!! Atom didn’t appear in the show previously except 1 scene in ep 2 for like literally 2 seconds, and now this suddenly!! What!!! If they want him to be in the plot, then they should have him appear more often, like way more!!

I’ve been there, trying everything you could, putting your heart out, so much efforts to get others to like you, it’s not only for relationship, for friendship as well! But no matter how much you tried, eventually they all left you heartbroken💔 so then times after times of trauma, you got scared and closed your heart to your potential right one!😭😭😭but I think it’s gonna be okay for Yo and the boyfriend……hope they talk it out and don’t let a good decent man slip through your fingers Yo! Top, What you did to Mew, you destroyed him in the way which let’s hope there’s still a way back for Mew that he can be himself again!! Damn you Top! It’s your fault!! Ok!
