2023-08-13 03:46:18 +0000 UTCI enjoyed the ep for what it was. As usual the JamFilm chemistry was chemistry-ing, but for what it's worth I appreciate the mystery plot also moving forward. Would I have liked more of the BL part sure, but for me the mystery intrigues me. I really want to know what the hell baby girl recorded. Also, I mean I like that it's a BL w/murder mystery twist. With 3 more eps left, I mean you've got to move the mystery plot along at some point. A series with just BL chemistry is fine, but IDK in this case I would hate for the mystery plotline to be completely secondary to that, IMHO...I mean my main complaint with Chains of Heart was that the chemistry was great but the underlying plot writing left a lot to be desired. Don't get me wrong, I'm a BL girl first, BUT a dumb or nonsensical plotline just doesn't do it for me.
