2023-07-31 22:55:28 +0000 UTCNolan was shook by that kiss! But, that was a kiss! Honestly a lot of the slow, sweet kisses like this can look really awkward, but they did that well. The exploration of the feelings in that moment really came through, especially after that conversation, and I like that they didn't pan away, we saw the full span, from the lean in to the realization at the end. A lot of JoongDunk nods in this ep, the sunflowers and the Teletubbies (they dressed up as the Teletubbies with PondPhuwin) The last time I noticed so many easter eggs actually written in were all the MSP nods to Bad Buddy, but that kinda made sense since they were essentially done by the same teams. I haven't noticed them centered around the pairing before like this. Overall though, I really loved this episode. Lots of sweet moments. I like that we see the second couple too. It'll be interesting to see how they handle their situation. I also like that we got more insight into the personalities of Joke and Zo, and how much they've picked up about each other in the time they are spending. I'm excited for next ep. That preview seems like we're really going to see why Zo always wants to come across as happy and not trouble others. I mean, Mom showed up unannounced and Zo did not look happy about it. When he talked about his family on the trip he seemed nostalgic and sad, so I'm really curious about the dynamic now. I wonder if the Nita thing is tied to family pressure to find a girlfriend or something.

I loved this episode it was just sweet from start to finish, from Zo letting joke rest his head on his shoulder to the kiss at the end. I think Nu means little or small or young. Nunew was initially New but the fans started calling him Nu New and I think it stuck. Same way how in Cutie Pie Kuea is called NuKuea by Hia Lían. Don’t remember where I saw this.

2023-07-30 20:19:34 +0000 UTCAm I the only one that was like ...sure Jan when Joong said "I'm not high maintenance"... I mean...aint' no way...LOL I appreciate how laid back this show is. I mean it's not trying to recreate the wheel. I'm enjoying all the actors...but TBH the only one lacking in the acting department or me unfortunagely is Dunk. I didn't watch their last show together, was his acting better?
