you know what theres nothing wrong with an age gap if theyre both of legal age and they met at that age but when its like hes older now and hes going after his friends son. Like i cant stop cringing and laughing its so weird.

2023-05-25 14:20:20 +0000 UTCIt is hella creepy. Like in the beginning when he pretended to date the girl even her parents weren’t behind it and he was technically the same age as her. It just feels so wrong and a little predatory for me. Like yeah they were together before but at that point they were the same age still with a generation gap and he was still his fathers friend but it was different as he wasn’t as developed as he is now, mentally he was still a child as well. Now it’s just different, like he could’ve seen him as a baby and been like: I know exactly what he‘ll grow into so I’ll come back when he’s of age. And considering how much time has passed since he returned, it’s just weird to still be in love with his friends son given how much has changed. Maybe it’s also the fact that we don’t know what happens after. Maybe our sentiments would’ve been different if we had the whole episode to process what just happened and to see how it progressed. But it was the last few minutes and them not giving us time to process what‘s in front of us before rolling the credits just makes it even weirder. At least for me.
