Minecraft, But Anvils Are OP...

Compatible versions: Paper [1.16 - 1.16.5]
Commands:
/opanvils - Toggles the plugin on/off.
/opanvils open - Opens an OP anvil.
/opanvils level <1-5> - Sets the currently unlocked level.
