Yes this is the newest version currently. I made a mistake with the version number in the previous versions so v0.9x will be the newest versions.
This is a big content patch bringing in party members, post combat decisions, shops, new floor with new enemy + boss, custom dungeon modding support with lots of bug fixes.
There are 2 ways to acquire party members in a run:
Either randomly at end of each battle:

Or you can buy new ones in the new shop rooms:

The player can also spend credits to buy new cards or items in addition to new recruits.
There is also a new floor, with new enemies such as these:


I was aiming for this patch to be for at end of October which is why there is Halloween themed enemy. But wasn't able to get it ready in time. Better late than never.
I also added about 15 or so new cards, many of them are scaled by Special Attack, as the Special Attack focused builds were lacking in the previous patches.
Thats all I want to say for this CATC patch. Up next I will be adding Carrying mechanic in Versus Mode. I am not quite ready to officially implement devices yet but there are some modders dying to try, so it is very much a "for the modders" patch.

- Added post-combat event, where the player can make decisions on what to do with the defeated opponent, such as recruiting them to the party (for the run)
- Added shops, where the player can spend credits to purchase cards, items or new recruits

- Fixed a bug causing setting sound volume to 100% to fail
- Fixed grab attacker flicking problem in transition and climax animations
- Fixed trail particles not displaying the first trail segment
- Fixed conditional effects not getting scaling from stats
- Fixed animation data in UnitTargetedEffect not being used
- Animation Selector now uses separate filter for head and body animation instead of shared
- P**** Erection level now works in CATC
- Generated unit portraits now includes HAT equip slot
- Added possiblity to mod in custom dungeon floors, check out /data/_turnbased_roguelike/game_datas_.json for reference
- Added SPC_ATT_UP, SPC_ATT_DOWN, LUS_ATT_UP, LUS_ATT_DOWN status effects
- Added about 15 new cards
- Reduced Leader durability scaling to 1.75x from 2.0x
- Reduced enemy HP scaling per level to 0.2 from 0.25
- High Kick AP cost to 3 from 2
- Hyperbeam damage increased to 80 from 50
