Took a lot of time to create. Swapped out her body textures, fixed her face, added eyes and lots of other photoshop magic.
You will probably never see any 3D art of Lady Dimitrescu accurately portray her face or grimaces correctly due it being based on motion capture data. It's borderline impossible to replicate that iconic grimace without photoshop since the model's face flexes themselves don't support it.
That iconic smile comes from the actual actor that the character is based off, which was motion captured entirely.
