This week, we're in the Super Chaos Configuration: Riley is gone but you have the rest of the cast. Milo, Hussein, Nate, and Alice review the 1995 Robert Longo film JOHNNY MNEMONIC, an adaptation of a William Gibson story that, uh, did not achieve its goals. And yet it's also weirdly accurate in some ways: posting destroys your brain, there's a global pandemic, corporations rule with an iron fist. And yet somehow we haven't yet encountered a cybernetic hacker junkie dolphin. If only.
