♦ Crow Dance ♦ Animation Stills ♦

It's finished!! I gotta add the texts still but it's pretty much done, and I'm very much in love with it, it's very cute T.T I also finished those colorpages! I'll share a few snippets from them in a few days, but I'm finally finished with all the WiPs I had around again and thus, we shall do something new next hehe (and I'm hoping I'll do something else besides Rick and FJ man, you'd think the entire books are just about them T.T we need to see other characters soon haha)

I have 2 vids I wanna do before I do a darker one next that's related to the Kostrov Traces, but I wanna render an illustration. Haven't done it in a while, and I'll very gladly work on speeding up my rendering process, but we shall see hehe

In other news, book III edit is going great! I ended up giving Rick another absolutely horrendous moment by the end there, one that really doesn't exactly paint him in a greeat light, BUT it does serve to show how mentally destroyed he is and makes sense for the story. So... unfortunately it has to stay haaa :,D

I can't talk about it 'cause it's kind of a big spoil moment, but it's kinda rough :,) and idk how to feel about it, it's giving me real moral crisis 'cause you kinda understand where Rick is coming from (given that he was just realizing his whole life was basically a lie and he isn't actually going crazy - people ARE actually stalking him and trying to kill him) but then again... everyone in the books is kind of a victim of a broken system. It's what inherently makes this so tragic to me - they ALL ended up becoming the people they were running away from once because they had to survive. And breaking that cycle, something Rick would kinda sorta try to do and what his kids would thankfully succeed at, is tougher than it seems.
