Demon Slayer S3 Episode 1 Reaction

Upper Five made me so damn uncomfortable... something about the body horror aspect & the swaying movement (similar to a snake) just genuinely disturbed. I don't doubt he's much stronger than Gyutaro & Darki, which makes me very worried about how many people we'll lose, but his defeat can't come soon enough! Upper One's design is SICK, but it's also got me asking so many questions... could they be the "ancestor" that nearly killed Muzan all those centuries ago??
Man With A Mission x Milet made a solid Opening Song, it's just not my favorite from the series, but I need to spend more time with it before making a fair judgement call. I prefer the visuals over the vocals, oddly enough.
On a side note, praise be Mitsuri... that fanservice scene was very much appreciated, she's a bombshell beauty & her interactions with Nezuko were too damn adorable! If only she'd "yobai" Tanjiro, but that might be too much for this innocent man... even though he's certainly charmed a couple ladies with his natural kindness! (Ufotable, please give Kanao & Shinobu more screen time, please and thank you!)
So hyped to watch more, this was my favorite premiere from the series thus far, so fingers crossed this season will surpass the Entertainment District arc in terms of pure insanity!
