Still can't believe I didn't see this twist coming... but with hindsight, it makes so much sense that the Morpho is Kiriya's main body, it'd be the best possible means of protecting it from the enemy while still utilizing its destructive capabilities. Or how the Legion managed to build ANOTHER Morpho... the design's legitimately incredible & its sheer firepower never ceases to amaze me, so I'd say it definitely deserves that "final boss" vibe right now.
Honestly, the inevitable deathmatch between the Reaper & Pale Rider can't come soon enough, even if I do dread who might die during the fight, cause that whole one-on-one scene brought so, so much intensity & hype... hopefully Shin won't attempt to solo Kiriya next time though!
PS: PRAISE BE UNTO ERNST, HE'S MY PRESIDENT & AN ABSOLUTE BADASS!

I guess it did slip my mind, or perhaps, I did miss it completely when Frederica brought it up back in Episode 13... but I might have thought she was implying that Kiriya was directing the Morpho, not using it as his main body, by the way she was talking about it. Fortunately, it made the whole revelation hit even harder! Oh, so I didn't talk about it then, but yes, I did catch the fact that No Face & Kiriya are aware of Shin's ability... wonder how or even when they managed to figure it out. I'm very impressed by their decoy tactic! Thank you, appreciate the clarifications (as per usual), cause that definitely was confusing me somewhat!

2023-03-16 16:04:52 +0000 UTCGenuinely surprised you didn’t realise Kiriya was the Morpho way back then considering Frederica confirms it back in episode 13 when she was asking Shin to help save her knight, she says he was the ultra long range canon that attacked them back in episode 11. But eh, nice surprise for you yeah? And don’t know if you picked up on it but the Legion are aware of Shin’s ability, as Kiri and No Face’s conversation confirms it when they said the decoy worked because Shin couldn’t hear an inactive Legion. Also to point out from what you said last episode, that would be Frederica crying in the opening, which hopefully makes sense now after this episode and why she seems to be in a Reginleif too.
