NEED A HAND, HIBIKI? ...So, all jokes aside, definitely enjoyed what went down much more than last time, felt like the series hit its stride once again and started to build up the hype again. I don't have much to say about the Queen of the Stage stuff, I'll be honest, cause I don't place much importance on it (beyond what it means for Chris).
On the flip side, the twist with Hibiki & the Nephilim's so damn good... so much for a "fair fight" but we all knew Dr. Ver's an absolute scumbag anyways, plus who actually trusts their enemy to keep their word when the stakes involve world domination & so on? I'm so glad we might be dealing with Hibiki's "trauma," her "suffering" & what it will look like... also the moon's falling???
