Early Access (Staff Improvements)

You'll be able to hire multiple staff members per role, which means you can train/scout/recruit/reassure more than 1 talent at a time.
You'll also be able to perform two new staff actions: producers can focus on any type of segment to boost its rating, and doctors can rehab injured talent.
What else? Customize staff name/pronoun/graphic, assign them to help talent unlearn negative traits, and even transition retired superstars to staff members!
