Development Update (Staff Improvements #3)

Unlearn Traits
Staff members will be able to help talent unlearn negative traits. This will be a long process, with a small chance to fail depending on the level of the staff member. But the end result could be getting rid of that pesky Dull Worker trait!
Transition Superstars to Staff
What are those retired superstars doing on your roster? Why don't you turn them into trainers or talent managers?
Retired superstars will have the option to transition to staff members. You can select any role you want for them, but they might be best suited to one particular role, or just might not be interested in becoming a staff member yet. But if you can convince them..
They will function as regular staff members, and you'll also have the option to transition them back to a superstar, in case you want to book one last return to the ring.
We're almost done with Staff Improvements, which means early access will be out soon.
