Development Update (Staff Improvements #2)
Added 2022-07-25 20:12:02 +0000 UTCLast week, I showed you a new action for producers so you can take advantage of hiring multiple staff members. This week, we add a new task for doctors.
Doctors can be assigned to rehab talent, allowing them to return sooner. One doctor can rehab one talent at a time, and each month, the doctor can try to reduce the injury time, the chances of which depend on the skill of the doctor.
If the rehab succeeds, you should get a message from your doctor.
This action replaces the Rehabilitation Facility that would automatically rehab talent at a certain point. This action has the chance to rehab more months and works on short term injuries as well.
Now that all staff members have unique actions they can perform, let's move onto other aspects of the update.
A common request for staff members was the ability to change their name/pronoun/appearance, and you'll be able to do so in-game with this update. Customize them to your liking!
Next week, I'll work on transitioning active talent into staff members and the ability for staff to remove negative traits.
