Development Update (Staff Improvements #1)
Added 2022-07-18 10:04:28 +0000 UTCWork starts on the new Staff Improvements update with an oft-requested feature: the ability to hire multiple staff members per role.
Hiring multiple Trainers, Talent Managers and Scouts will allow you to train/recruit/scout/reassure more than one talent at a time. When adding a task, like training talent, you can select which staff member to use.
But what about the other roles? We need to add new tasks for them so there's a benefit to hiring more than one staff member.
Producers can be assigned to focus on segments to try and boost their ratings. One producer can work on one segment at a time, and the boost (which can fail) depends on the producer's level.
You can assign producers to segments while booking them or from the event card.
If all goes well, you should see a boost to the segment's rating!
