Request part time/retired talent to transition to staff
Talents' stats affects their starting XP and which role they are best suited for.
Can transition them back to superstar.
Other Features
Staff can remove negative traits e.g injury prone, troublemaker, bad actor. long process.
Edit staff name/pronoun/graphic for staff members.

You did some good design thinking there! Quick Learner and Slow Learner are great ways to affect picking up and unlearning traits. I'll include it for unlearning while I code it.
2022-07-25 20:15:45 +0000 UTCI think staff being able to remove negative traits is a cool addition. It's something I'd been wondering about in fact. I think it could be particularly immersive if you had a hidden variable that affected a wrestlers ability to unlearn bad traits. You could have it set using your 1-3 range, and just have it be so that the higher the number the better they are at taking on that instruction to unlearn negative traits. I think it would go a long way towards making the wrestlers feel more distinct to one another. And moving forwards you could use it as a basis for having that kind of individuality for more/other things like likelihood to pick up traits. Although now that I've thought about it more you could argue that as it stands you could just reference whatever it is you use to signify "Quick Learner" and "Slow Learner" to achieve a similar effect. Anyhoo it's food for thought.
