Added 2018-02-14 07:26:39 +0000 UTCSupport finally got back to me about the patron issue. Seems that what happened was the affected patrons were all declined for January, and somehow were charged for January at the beginning of February. Since none of you were actually here for January, you'll be getting your February rewards in lieu of that...however, to appear on the patron list again in March so that your rewards are given properly, you will have to delete your pledge and re-pledge to correct the issue.
