Lune's D&D shard and Kragoc the Dwarf Barbarian! Gift art for my IRL friend of our characters after a nice round of carnage. Because if you're not bathing in your enemies' blood together, are you really friends?
I had way more fun with this piece than I originally anticipated...
Some alt text with more context:
Lune's D&D shard is on the left and Kragoc the Dwarf Barbarian is on the right. Their attitudes are confident and fierce, showing off the strength and vigor they feel after a round of bloodshed. Blood covers their bodies, faces, and weapons. Kragoc is in the foreground, holding his axe. His buddy. He brings it when he walks. He's a pale dwarf with black, shoulder-length hair and... a smooth face? His beard was removed long ago as a punishment by the Dwarven Principate, and he's still not over it, but he deals with it the Barbarian way. Kragoc bares his teeth, his blue eyes angrily looking at the viewer. Lune is standing behind him. We see her from her backside, she tilts her face in your direction. She's wielding an icy dagger. A sinister curse is afflicting Lune because of it, and the signs are obvious. She's looking at you with a malicious smile. Her vicious eyes stare directly at you, the icy blue glow exuding from her pupils is also linked with her pathology. The fire on the right corner of the piece reflects Kragoc's fervency whenever he's in rage mode. Blue flames coil around a mummified figure in the upper left, on Lune's half of the composition. The fiendish character has charcoal skin and is covered in black bandages. Their eyes are azure and glowing. Some silhouettes with similar eyes beep from behind them. The figures are linked with Lune's curse. We don't know who they are exactly or where they come from, but they call themselves "Black Ice".
