So the last video in the comments I was deliberately being vague on the "Components" thing. Since you've literally been playing this game since the demo anyway so I might as well just tell you what it is. I was hinting the components tab on the computer which where you can shut off certain power to anything in the work station in it instead of having to make a trip into the basement. Not everyone knows this, not even old players such as myself at one point. It even made ME start to use it. While convenience is the good part, the work stations also consume power and also leach off each other. So turning off one and/or the other will make things like Downloading a lot faster. Just don't hit the "Utilities" switch, that will just turn the whole base off. ALSO don't forget to type "Sd.calall" in the console often as well. I've had one satellite go down to 4% in this build at one point. I hope you catch this and I hope it helps. <3

2025-11-10 16:16:39 +0000 UTCAlso here's a bit more explanation to the day thing I mentioned, 0.9 saves your settings from 0.8, but 0.9 removes access to the experimental settings in 0.8 so 0.9 softlocks any 0.8 setting that got removed in 0.9. Its so stupid and annoying but its bearable if you set the time to be a bit slower to regain the time you lost. I know this is a huge yap, but your season's play time is gonna be cut in half if you dont fix it
