"Lumen Travels: Dominican Republic"

This is an experience I was I could repeat over and over again.
It was an incredible crew of models and photographers whom I've developed friendships with that are life long!
This was an event that I attended mid-May of 2023 and it was during the time I was going through one of my hardest breakups... but it was before Muses and before I knew who my ex had left me more.
I was in the scribbled pages of my life where the only way to try to not suffer anymore was to keep moving...slowly and surely but to regain my power and to not allow myself to feel defeated anymore.
One of the best ways to do that:
Go on the trip my ex (the heat) forbid me to go on because he didn't trust me or the scene.
Two weeks before the event, I reached out to Stace.
I told him the truth and why I had turned down the opportunity to attend.
His response was filled with compassion, kindess and encouragement.
Along with the enthusiam of still including me if I could the plane ticket and paper work needed.
Within a few days, I had my plane ticket and all documents ready to go!
I needed this event.
One to take my power back.
And to make sure I'd never go back to that man.
I knew for a fact that if I went on that trip, I was nailing the coffin closed.
It seemed painfully perfect.
So I attended the fabulous DR Creat-cation!
We shot on nude beaches, in the cities, on yatchs and in our incredible model houses.
At the end of the days, photographer and models would hang out while eating dinner, sharing drinks and enjoying eachother's companies.
There was absolutely no drama, no boundaries crossed, nothing but full respect for the artists who attended the trip.
The bonuses were found within the support as we all shared and looked at one another's images. Bonds were made and friendships bloomed.
It was a life changing event.
It was the perfect reminder that I'm on the right path and that I needed to continue forward...
and enjoy all the new souls connections that were going to be apart of the road ahead.
