See, I get paranoid that if even a week goes by without new art everybody will leave and I'll be under a bridge. haha

I subbed to a Patreon once that wasn't active in 8 months because I liked older content, and they still were not active, and that's when I unsubbed a few months later. I think you're fine so long as you keep making rewards and other content.

On that last bit- I had never thought of it that way. Interesting to hear, as I always thought reposting the same image with minor changes would only annoy people.

Given the option, I think I prefer having the check-in posts. Don't need daily or in-depth updates or anything, but the occasional note that you're still around is appreciated.

I have no preference, whatever makes you more comfortable, if you feel like you need to fill the "awkward silence" then do so :3 In terms of posts though, I do prefer a whole new post for updating a pic rather than updating a previous submission, just in case something is changed and it makes a previous comment irrelevant. Just my opinion on that :)

You can or you can ignore it tbh. At the end of the day you still get my money. Although, if you went silent for a few months without any update or pictures I would very likely unsub. You are more than active enough.

I'd rather you keep in contact, even just a quick paragraph, than not. It doesn't need to be art; just a notice that you're still kicking is good enough. With that said, I hope you get to feeling better soon! I know the feeling of just being unmotivated, and your favorite hobbies feeling like a slog. Do what you need to do, don't force anything, and come back to it when you're ready. Your mental health matters just as much as your physical.
