200 patron goal
Added 2018-11-23 07:22:02 +0000 UTCHaving fulfilled the 100 Patron goal this channel has long been without another objective. This cannot continue! Therefore I have decided to make a new series if I reach 200 Patrons. As you guys like the animated maps the most, it will be done in this format. I am split between three topics and have decided to have my Patrons decide which of them will stand. So, choose wisely :)

2019-05-27 12:42:10 +0000 UTC(sorry) I was going to add that your work has incredible depth and maybe a valuable resource to historians, other documentarians (including commercial production companies.) A video about 'the missing Nazi gold train...' a bit silly but they might pay to use some of your footage to show what the Eastern Front looked like near the end of the war. Or you might be hired to make a completely original animated map video of something else. Get an agent, set high fees.

Then you could say, "If I keep making videos of this quality and depth of knowledge, while it won't be economically sustainable immediately, there is a very high probability it will all pay off in the future." YouTube one Tuber said is primarily entertainment, clearly your work is very deeply educational. In this sense it may be unsustainable as a 'more typical' Channel.

2019-01-31 23:07:49 +0000 UTCYou have a good point. My goal is not to increase the number of my Patrons, but income in order to keep these videos sustainable. I chose number of Patrons as a goal, because I didn't like to show my income publicly. However now I have finally understood it is possible to have a funding goal without showing the actual numbers. So, I think I will change the objective from having 200 patrons to a proportionate goal in funding. Thanks for the idea!

2018-11-27 08:04:59 +0000 UTCI love the channel, but as a person genuinely interested in your success, I want to raise a question: is number of patrons is a right objective to focus on? As a patron, I don't really have a lever to increase number of patrons here. On other hand, if you promise to deliver specific series as a part of funding goal, given that you will choose to work on subjects interesting to me, I don't mind increasing funding; this will also drive number of patrons up since there is not much content out there matching in quality.
