Early Access: "Brilliant" plans how to run a YouTube channel - how I got where I am now?

Being a beginning creator on YouTube means grinding with minimal progress and without getting to know, if your content is good or not. This is a story about how the Eastory channel succeeded through failure and unfulfilled plans.

As it is a channel introduction video, the Patrons are not charged and therefore not credited (yet). However you do get early access. Enjoy!

I think Eastern front is the most interesting and the strongest video on this channel so far. I really like dry facts and clean visualization. Please continue doing a great job.

Yes, in my case, there was defiantly quite some luck involved. Thanks for the tip about the collabs. Perhaps I should do some too.

Looks like you learnt what worked the long hard way, but a lot of it is just luck. The yt algorithm pumped the 1941 vid out a couple times in my recommended, that persistence made me click on it. I guess thats why collabs are popular on yt, its how i learnt about half the historical yt channels Im subbed to.

I think it should be talked about more, so new creators would know, what works and what does not. Looking back, I was completely unprepared.

Eastory

This is cool, never seen the history of a channel so in depth!!
